Beacon House presented a fascinating brief: how to bring bold, saturated colour and architectural playfulness into a Victorian terrace while maintaining the character and integrity of the original structure.

Office S&M's design approach was unapologetic—curved forms, bright hues, and a celebration of colour inspired by public spaces.

Sustainable colours.

YesColours' low-VOC, child-safe, and pet-friendly paints were integral to the interior palette. These weren't merely paint products—they were an ethical choice reflecting shared values between the client, architects, and our brand about health, sustainability, and responsibility.

The saturated hues — inspired by the vibrant energy of public swimming pools and London Underground stations—were applied thoughtfully throughout the home, creating moments of visual celebration balanced with calm, neutral spaces for respite.
