Refund policy

You have the right to cancel an order with us, or any part of an order within 14 days from the day of delivery. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale items, swatches and items that have been used, returns of items where the packaging has been removed, or bespoke orders and colours.

Make a Return.
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at hello@yescolours.com. For your return to be eligible, the item must remain in its original packaging and condition, accompanied by the order number.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide detailed instructions for sending back the items. Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

We kindly request that you securely package the item and ensure its arrival at our facilities within 14 working days from the date of delivery. 

We will issue a refund (credit card refund if that was the method used at the time of order) of the returned item's purchase price within 3 working days of receiving the item safely back to ourselves, and in the same state as originally despatched to you. The goods must be in a condition suitable for resale.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damages and shipping issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns for Gift Cards, Sale Items and Swatches.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale items and swatches. 

Exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Items not in the original packaging and not in a resaleable continue will not be eligible for refunds. 

Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including (but not limited to): circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed but allegedly not received; where we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or damaged by you; and/ or where items are returned that do not match what you originally ordered;  We reserve the right to withhold refunds and block you from placing orders with YesColours in future. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, you can contact us at hello@yescolours.com and we will be happy to discuss the matter with you further.

Discount codes.

Discount codes are only valid for orders placed online.

Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other codes or offers unless otherwise stated. Discount codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website and cannot be used on previous purchases. We reserve the right to decline orders where, in our opinion, a code is invalid. Codes may be valid on specific products, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.  Only one voucher code can be used per order, per person, unless otherwise stated.

In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e.: With applied discount. Not at the RRP of the item.  In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with a discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
