All UK orders are shipped via DPD tracked services.

Free UK delivery for orders over £125

Next Day delivery: Please place your order before 12pm and choose our DPD Next Day shipping option for guaranteed next day delivery, Monday to Thursday.

For a Saturday delivery, please select the DPD Saturday shipping option when placing your order before 12 noon on Friday.

Please note: orders placed after the 12pm cut off time cannot be guaranteed for delivery on the next business day.

During sale periods and holiday seasons shipping timeframes can not be guaranteed.

UK Mainland: Orders up to 30kg cost £6.00 (2-3 business days).

Saturday Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12pm on Friday.

Northern Ireland: DPD (2-3 business days).

Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight: (2-3 business days)

Ireland: (2-3 business days).

European Union deliveries.

We now offer delivery to Europe via DHL, DPD, and Royal Mail International.

Please note:
We are currently unable to deliver to Denmark due to courier limitations in that region.

Taxes and Duties:
Local taxes and import duties are not included in your order total and remain the customer's responsibility to pay upon arrival in your home country.

All European orders are sent fully tracked via DHL International, DPD, or Royal Mail International Tracked.

USA deliveries.

Tracking: All orders to the USA can be tracked via DHL Express and Royal Mail International.

Please allow 5-7 days for International shipments to arrive.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties, which are not included in the checkout process on our website.

Damage and liabilities.

Whilst we cannot be held liable for any delays in the postage system, or what you do with your paint once you receive it, we will happily help with any issues that you may face with damages that have occurred during delivery.

Simply email us with a photo of the damage and we'll get right back to you in under 24hrs during normal working hours.

Courier Delays and Our Commitment to You

While we strive to provide timely delivery of all orders, please be aware that courier delays can occasionally occur. These delays are outside of our control, and we cannot guarantee delivery times once the package is with the courier.

Rest assured, we are committed to assisting you through any challenges that may arise. We will do everything possible to help track your order and resolve any issues promptly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding regarding factors beyond our control.

Special Orders & Deliveries.

We offer Royal Mail Same Day Delivery, as well as DPD Pre 10am and Pre 12pm shipping options. For more information about these services, feel free to contact us at hello@yescolours.com.

To qualify for these services, orders must be placed before 10am.

Packaging.

Our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials, including the box, wrap and paint packaging and can be placed in your household recycling.

If you have any issues with your orders please contact hello@yescolours.com with your order number and we'll respond in under 24hrs (if not before) during normal working hours.

Order Amendments: We’re always here to assist with any changes you may be required with your order! However, once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any updates, including the following:

  • Changing the item
  • Modifying the delivery or billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Altering the shipping method

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and your order has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible if the order is lost. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in such cases.
