Our Serene Yellow paint colour is a warm pale apricot yellow hue with white undertones. It’s delicate and subtle while still containing the personality of a bolder yellow, and this is why we’ve added it to our almost-neutral Serene Collection.

This apricot yellow shade reminds us of the bloom of a pale primrose and the creamy texture of freshly whipped custard. It’s reminiscent of the buttery softness of the Golden Retriever’s fur, and the quiet charm of a sunlit meadow on a lazy afternoon… all the things we love, combined into one stunning paint colour. It’s also the shade of the bathroom door in Wes Anderson’s The Royal Tenenbaums, where Margot is hiding away to paint her nails and have a smoke in peace.

Serene Yellow is the perfect paint colour for kitchens and dining rooms, as well as gender-neutral nurseries and children’s bedrooms in need of a hint of warmth that isn’t overpowering and harsh on the senses.
